REFUND & RETURN POLICY

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURN CONDITIONS

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photos or other information showing the issue. We will review the request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us before returning any product. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Where a return is made because the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will handle return costs as required by applicable law.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated or required by law.
REFUNDS
